FINE ARTS CONSTRUCTION FOREIGN TRADE LTD. CO. has completed a 99,000,000 USD government tender with a 6,500,000 USD reference/guarantee letter. They have established 16 stores with the Italian CAMPIONE brand in various places such as Italy, Germany, Dubai, Egypt, Macedonia, and the Middle East. They have also successfully completed hotel projects, numerous villa projects, and shopping mall projects in cities like Istanbul, Bodrum, Antalya, and Marmaris.
FINE ARTS CONSTRUCTION LTD. CO. was founded in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 2017. Their first project consisted of 28 duplexes and 1 villa, completed in 18 months. They initiated a housing construction project with 17 units of 2+1 apartments in Lefke-Güzelyurt in November 2017, completing it in the 15th month. The company invested a total of 3,300,000 pounds in the TRNC during the 2017/19 period.
As of 2022, our company continues construction in Lapta with the 42nd Street Mall and Residence Project, consisting of 35 luxury apartments and a shopping mall. Additionally, they have started their second project, the Eagle Nest Project, with 48 garden floor and penthouse luxury units in the same region. The targeted total investment cost is 11,800,000 pounds.
Our company has also purchased 10 acres of land in İskele Long Beach, and a project is being prepared for that area.
